These Terms govern your use of popsompack.com and your bookings of sound and lighting rentals and packs from POP SOM EVENTOS LTDA ("POP SOM EVENTOS"). By using the website or booking with us, you agree to these Terms. Effective date: 2026-10-23.

Our services

We rent sound and lighting equipment for parties and events, including speakers, mixing consoles, microphones and effect lights.

We also offer packs that combine sound, lighting and technical operation, sized to the event: from birthdays and weddings to corporate gatherings.

Your booking confirmation states the specific equipment, pack, date and schedule for your event.

Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to book or purchase from us.

Bookings, prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and include the charges described there. The full price is shown before you pay.

A booking is confirmed when payment is approved. We may cancel bookings with pricing errors or suspected fraud, and we will refund any amount paid.

No subscriptions

Each booking is a single purchase for the event described in it. There are no subscriptions, memberships or automatic recurring charges.

Refunds and service delivery

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

Our Shipping Policy explains how the service is delivered. Nothing is shipped by mail or carrier.

Intellectual property

All content on the website, including text, images, pack descriptions and logos, belongs to POP SOM EVENTOS or its licensors. It may not be copied without permission.

No guarantee of results

We provide equipment and technical operation as described in your booking. How your event turns out depends on factors outside our control, such as the venue, the schedule, the guests and the program. We do not promise specific outcomes.

Limitation of liability and governing law

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
