We want you to be satisfied with POP SOM EVENTOS. This policy explains how to request a refund for a sound or lighting rental or pack booked with us. Effective date: 2026-10-23.

What this policy covers

This policy applies to payments for equipment rentals and packs (sound, lighting and technical operation) booked through popsompack.com or directly with us.

Because we provide a rental and on-site service, no physical product is shipped to you or returned by mail.

Refund period

You may request a refund within 30 days of purchase.

How you are refunded

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval. Card statements may take one or two billing cycles to show the refund.

Exceptions

Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned, except in case of defect.
